Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Certain shoe options are shown as made to order. It takes about 4-6 weeks to manufacture them in our factory. A small surcharge may apply for this service. Some styles fit differently to others in width/length – if you have any questions before ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email.
VAT is charged on transactions to UK countries on products and shipping where applicable. The standard VAT rate is 20%. Some items such as children’s shoes are ‘zero rated’ VAT. There is no VAT on EU. As of September 2025, due to changes in U.S. import tariff regulations, all orders shipped to the United States will have applicable duties and tariffs charged at checkout. This means there will be no additional customs charges on delivery — all required import fees are collected in advance for a smoother and more predictable delivery experience.
Some Supadance shoes or specific style options are labelled as Made to Order. These items are produced individually to the customer’s chosen specification rather than held in stock.
Made-to-order shoes are manufactured specifically at your request and typically require 4–6 weeks for production, in addition to shipping time.
By proceeding with a made-to-order purchase, you acknowledge that the item is produced to your specification. Once an order is placed, amendments or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after 1–3 business days, as production may already be in progress.
Important – Fit & Sizing
Made-to-order and bespoke shoes require accurate sizing. While we are happy to provide guidance, we cannot guarantee the fit of a made-to-order shoe based solely on remote measurements, as foot shape, volume, arch profile, and personal wear preference cannot always be determined without a professional fitting.
For this reason, we strongly recommend (and may require) that you first try a stock shoe in the same or most similar style, size, and width to confirm suitability before placing a custom order.
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to a customer’s specification or clearly personalised (including special widths, fittings, heel modifications, custom materials, or other bespoke options) are exempt from the statutory 14-day cancellation right.
Made-to-order items are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you proceed without first confirming your size in a stock pair, you do so at your own risk and we will be unable to accept the shoes back if the fit is not suitable.
We reserve the right to decline made-to-order requests where sizing has not been confirmed or where we believe a stock fitting should first be undertaken. This policy exists to protect both the customer and the integrity of the product.
SIZES
Selected styles can be produced in half or special sizes. These are treated as made-to-order and require approximately 4–6 weeks for manufacture, with an additional charge of £25.
OUTDOOR SOLES
1. Some styles can be produced with an outdoor sole. This is a made-to-order modification, requires approximately 4–6 weeks for manufacture, and carries an additional charge of £25.
2. Alternatively, removable stick-on outdoor soles may be purchased separately and applied to standard dance shoes for occasional outdoor wear (for example, weddings or events). An example product can be viewed by clicking here.
Items appearing as special offer, in a sale or with price reductions are not returnable.
With the UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Parcelforce 24 Tracked.
Orders outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, Parcelforce, DHL or UPS, depending on the number of shoes shipped and country. Royal Mail delivery times for countries outside of the UK is 3 - 10 working days. DHL Express Worldwide delivers to Europe and Rest of the World in 2 - 4 business days. UPS is only available for certain countries and also delivers in 2 - 4 business days. The accuracy of these times is beyond our control.
Tracking information will be automatically emailed to all customers via the courier of their selected shipping option.
Orders outside of Europe, sent to more remote counties, with standard delivery can on the rare occasion take up to 30 days - if you need your order urgently, please email us at sales@supadance.com or call us at +44 (0) 208 505 8888 to enquire about a faster shipping method.

Our offices are closed Sat - Mon so any orders placed after 13:00hr on Friday will be dispatched on our next business day which is Tuesday.
Saturday delivery UK - £15 - Note: Saturday delivery is not available via our website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS (PDF)
Our shopping cart will display and add the correct shipping charges to your order when the destination is selected.
Important Note: Accessories, Shoe Care Products, Clothing and Gifts ordered without shoes or in large quantities will have shipping charged according to the weight of the parcel.
We are only able to send parcels between Tuesday – Friday.
We hold stocks of every shoe in all the heel type and materials combinations listed except those variants shown as Made to Order. Unfortunately, unexpected demand for a particular shoe can sometimes result in it being out of stock. We also try to hold stocks of every size listed but some styles and in some sizes (e.g. Women's 1½, 8½ & 9) are made to order and this will take longer to despatch.
Variants that are shown as Made to Order take about 4-6 weeks to manufacture in our factory and are non-returnable.
Delivery times vary with the shipping method chosen and are beyond our control.
If there is a problem with delivery it is the responsibility of the customer to advise us within a specific timeframe. The problem must be brought to our attention within 4 months from the date the order was dispatched.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All orders despatched to the UK are subject to VAT (Sales Tax) at the rate in force at time of shipping (at present this is 20%). All products show both the inclusive and exclusive prices. Childrens shoes and books are Zero rated for tax purposes. Our shopping cart will calculate any tax automatically.
United States – Duties Pre-Paid (DDP)
All orders shipped to the USA are sent using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means applicable U.S. import duties and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout, pre-paid by us to U.S. Customs, and no fees are due on delivery, ensuring fast and smooth clearance.
European Union – Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to the European Union are not sent DDP. Import VAT, duties and any local handling fees are charged by customs in the destination country and are payable by the customer upon delivery. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside of our control.
Rest of World
For destinations outside the UK, EU and USA, local import taxes, duties or handling fees may apply depending on the destination’s regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.
We do not know of any documented cases of fraud using our shopping system.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Credit Card payments are handled by Actinic Payments. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
All goods are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing faults. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that they are suitable for your needs or performance in your specific circumstances.

We aim to respond to your email within 1-2 business days. If you have a query that requires immediate attention, for example you would like to amend/cancel an order, we recommend that you call us so that we can deal with your request ASAP.
Supadance do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders

We will accept all goods (except videos, books and 'made to order' shoes) for exchange/return on the following conditions:
1) Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt and if purchased on this website must be returned direct to Supadance, 159 Queens Road, Buckhurst Hill, Essex IG9 5BA, Great Britain.
2) Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled in their original packaging, with the original receipt.
3) The returns form on the back of the sales invoice must be fully completed and returned with the shoes.
4) Shipping/Handling charges will not be refunded except in the case of faulty manufacturing.
5) Returns from outside the UK must clearly state on the outside address label that they are being returned as faulty, for exchange, or for a refund, and that the parcel is of UK Origin. For example: "Returned Goods – For Exchange/Faulty – UK Origin" or "Returned Goods – For Refund – UK Origin". This helps customs authorities correctly classify the package and avoid unnecessary import duties or VAT charges upon re-entry to the UK. When we send an exchange back to you, it will also be declared as returned goods to help prevent customs charges from being applied again.
6) For UK orders we now offer Free Returns. We will include a pre-paid Royal Mail label in with your parcel which you can affix to the parcel upon return. If you did not receive a label, then please email us at sales@supadance.com and we will email one across to you.
6.I) Free Returns (UK Orders Only): If you don’t have a printer you can obtain a QR code to present at your local post office, where they will print the label for you. Please fill out your details at the following link to receive your QR code: Royal Mail Return QR Code. This service is only available for parcels posted within the United Kingdom. Remember to include your returns form inside the parcel along with your shoes.
7) Exchanges from the UK mainland will incur no additional postage charge. Exchanges from outside the UK mainland will incur additional charges at cost price depending on the destination. These charges will be advised by email prior to the dispatch being sent.
8) In the case where we will cover your return shipping cost – we will refund this up to the value of the original shipping amount.
9) We have a six month warranty for returns on faulty shoes. If faulty shoes have not been returned within six months we will not accept them back. Dance shoes by their very nature must be very flexible and soft – and are therefore more delicate in nature than normal sports trainers or fashion shoes, and do not have as long a life span.
To avoid soiling shoes when trying them on for the first time use a clean soft surface such as a carpet or paper (not newspaper).

Payment in full must be sent with all orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Maestro. Secure Credit Card payments are handled by Actinic Payments
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, your credit card will be charged in GBP and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
